Your role at Mapiq

As the Brand & Content Manager, you’ll report to the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy and initiatives for our brand and all creative content. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our brand across the entire customer experience, positioning Mapiq for future growth. You’ll work with a wide range of stakeholders within the Marketing, Product, New Business, and Customer Success teams.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Lead, coach, and guide the Brand & Content team - currently composed of a content marketer, a copywriter, and a graphic designer - and liaison with external resources such as freelancers and agencies.
  • Define, track, and optimize relevant brand and content metrics.
  • Strategize, define, plan, create and oversee the production of all brand content, ensuring the quality and consistency of the deliverables as well as on-time completion.
  • Develop creative standards, processes, and best practices documentation for content creation, distribution, and maintenance, to ensure consistency and accrued effectiveness across all marketing assets, media, and markets.
  • Keep a pulse on the industry and the current and emerging trends in content and storytelling.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Brand & Content Marketing and knows how to bring B2B brands to market on an international scale. We are looking for someone who has experience creating and executing brand and content strategies, preferably at an advertising agency or in-house creative marketing department, who can strengthen and elevate the Mapiq brand across assets and media.

Next to that you have:

  • Combined your creative and analytical brain to give brands a life of their own, captivating audiences through storytelling and compelling content.
  • 2+ years of experience building, managing, and inspiring a small team of creative talents.
  • You know how to balance mid-term vision with short-term tactics and action plans.
  • You have a knack for managing multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • And a track record in driving initiatives from ideation to completion.
  • You’re rigorous, focused on quality, and have an exceptional eye for details.
