Your role at Mapiq

You will be part of our fun and fast-growing international Customer Success team, currently consisting of 5 people. From Delft, our home base, we conquer the rest of the world together with our customers. You can expect daily stand-ups and weekly Monday meetings with the team (these are always quite ‘gezellig’). You will discuss the communication strategy about the current product updates, customer cases and the OKR’s. In addition, you will always be part of exciting internal projects.

  • With your experience and vision, you can have a huge impact on our strategy for the upcoming years. In short, you will manage the following tasks:
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Ensure customers get the most out of Mapiq by playing an advisory role
  • Conduct Monthly Operation Meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews with executive stakeholders
  • Develop scalable onboarding programs based on customer needs
  • Continuously search for sales opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Establish joint success plans and help develop best practices
  • Be the connection between the customers and the product and development team to translate client problems into solutions

Who are we looking for?

We try to keep it realistic, but if we have to describe our perfect candidate it would be someone with 3-5 years of experience in the SaaS industry, who understands the complexity of our product and who stands behind our mission to build great places to work.

You are a strategic thinker, who can easily create and implement plans (from the internal kick-off of the project, to onboarding and ultimately expanding within the client). You walk the extra mile when supporting our clients, whilst focusing on the value of our products brought to our end users and customers. You know the secret recipe to sign renewals and create opportunities for upselling. To put it black and white:

  • You have at least a Bachelor's degree
  • You already gained 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • You are experienced with Software / SaaS, enterprise sales is a big plus
  • You have amazing communication skills in Dutch and English and can communicate with all layers in a company, from C-level to end-user
  • You are resilient and you never give up
  • You have a customer-oriented and commercial mindset, always looking for what is the most profitable for both Mapiq and the customer
  • You are willing to travel on a regular basis
