Your role at Mapiq

Mapiq is growing fast and we want our Marketing Team to grow just as fast. Ready to push the envelope of smart offices with us? Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Mapping different customer journeys that match our personas
  • Designing a great onboarding experience for new customers
  • Creating loyalty strategies to turn customers into brand ambassadors
  • Creating marketing campaigns that increase our customer spend
  • Improving and automating our current manual processes
  • Aligning different teams to make sure you have all the knowledge and materials you need
  • Analyzing performance to keep on improving our strategy

To give our customers the best experience, you’ll be working closely with our customer success, design and product teams.

Who are we looking for?

Mapiq is looking for a tech-savvy and commercial specialist who’s ready to take our customer experience strategy to the next level. Together with our marketing team, you create digital journeys and marketing campaigns that turn new customers into happy ambassadors. You understand which information customers need when and where. You have an eye for efficiency and can put all your creativity in positively surprising people.

To give our customers the best experience, you’ll be working closely with our customer success, design and product teams. You’re not afraid of taking the lead and get everything you need to achieve your goals

Nice-to-haves:

  • +5 years’ experience in developing and executing customer experience strategies
  • A strategic and innovative mindset
  • Great understanding of account-based marketing
  • Experience in automation for low-touch customer journeys
  • A track record in successful campaign management for customer loyalty purposes
  • The ability to deal with multiple projects at the same time
  • Understanding of marketing data to set KPI’s, evaluate and optimize your campaigns
