Enterprise Sales Developer
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Developer to join our New Business team. You will join a team that's full of energy to conquer the world of hybrid working. Working within such a growing company and being in this customer-facing position is really exciting! As Mapiq mostly works with fortune 500 companies, we are looking for someone that wants to further develop him/herself in enterprise sales and could potentially grow into an SDR lead position.
Our sales team works with a best-of-breed product that solves real problems for our customers. Sellers follow a well-defined methodology that helps them identify the customer's unique needs and clearly communicate the value of the Mapiq products. Whether you are looking to learn from the best or be the best, our team is dedicated to personal development and team success.
Working as an ESDR at Mapiq is different than SDR roles at other SaaS (Software as a Service) companies. Your part of the sales process is much larger, and you are responsible all the way to the moment it becomes an opportunity handover to the Account Executive team. This includes product vision pitches, product demonstrations, and influencing the DMU until they are ready to buy. In addition, you will be often out at events, customers and partners.
Your role includes, but will not be limited to:
Build cadences, daily outreach via e-mail/LinkedIn and cold- calling
Get in with potential Enterprise customers, often global accounts with multiple offices and >1000 fte
Help us bring the world’s most advanced hybrid workplace application and data solution to new customers globally
Understand customer needs and requirements to qualify and pitch Mapiq products
Research accounts, identify key stakeholders and generate interest in our solutions
Create new opportunities and make targeted campaigns through outbound and inbound lead qualification
Be at the frontline of the workplace revolution and engage with senior leadership online, in person and at events
Know everything there is to know about smart office technology, data, IoT sensors and much more
Collaborate with Account executives, Marketing and partnerships to further develop the market
Drive targeted customer engagements with senior Workplace/Facilities, Real estate, and IT executives
Educate businesses on the value of high-performance workplaces and happy employees
Become a specialist in SaaS solutions sales and help us build the Mapiq sales machine
Be part of an intercultural environment with inspiring and ambitious colleagues
We try to keep it realistic, but if we have to describe our perfect candidate it would be someone with 3+ years of experience in a SaaS company in a similar role, who understands selling value and stands behind our mission to build great places to work.
A Bachelor or Master degree
Motivated by a career in sales and with a track record that shows you are on top of your game
3 years+ experience in a similar role
Experience with selling to complex DMUs
You have used tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, and Salesforce
Experience within the tech/SaaS business
You are that person that takes ownership, likes to make impact and is passionate about technology
And you're able to make the connection with new people and even sell our product along the way!
You are fluent in verbal and written English. German, Dutch or another second language is always preferred!
Ambition to grow into an SDR lead position
We are working in an industry that is going sky high, and we wouldn’t be able to keep up without the talented people we have at Mapiq. We always strive to hire people that bring their own ideas, background and culture to raise the bars with us.
An inspirational and fast-growing international work environment
A team of talented, helpful and driven colleagues
The freedom of a hybrid working environment: combine remote work and meeting your team or colleagues at our brand new office in Delft for 40% of your working time.
A strong community: we love to get active at our in-office gym, celebrate together during our company-wide quarterly events, and compete with our team during board game nights
We care about your professional development, health and well-being, we offer for example free mental health support
We prioritize diversity and inclusion and believe in giving everyone an equal opportunity
25 days of annual paid leave
A reliable pension-plan
Reimbursement of your travel expenses to and from the office
€ 300 to equip your home office as you see fit
Competitive pay – of course, no one really knows what that means. To us it means that we pay you what seems fair to us, looking at your current experience and skills. We’ll discuss salary during the very first talk we have with you to make sure you know what to expect.
Feel like you have been reading a description of yourself? Come join us! The only thing we need you to do is to leave your thoughts on the job as well as your CV with us. We will review your application and invite you for a call with Annegreet, our People and Culture Director, if we think there could be a match. After this, you can expect two rounds: one virtually and one at the office. A business case might be part of one of the two interviews. You will also meet your future teamlead, Wouter.
