The Enterprise Account Executive UK will play a pivotal role in driving this growth. Together with the commercial team in the Netherlands, the Enterprise Account Executive UK will shape Mapiq’s future success in this region.
Your role at Mapiq
In essence, you will take ownership of all commercial activities for Mapiq in the UK & Ireland market. From experience, we know this works best when there is consistent local presence. For that reason, we are seeking someone who already lives and works in London. You will work remotely and visit our headquarters in Delft on a quarterly basis.
As a full cycle Enterprise Account Executive UK, you will:
Play a key role in expanding both our customer base and revenue in the UK & Ireland.
Actively hunt for new opportunities in the UK.
Generate and manage your own pipeline.
Build on the industry community we have already have established.
Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value.
Close new logo opportunities.
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to expand existing UK accounts.
Serve enterprise customers, often global accounts with multiple offices and more than 1000 employees
Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing and Customer Success to further develop the market
Be at the forefront of the workplace revolution, engaging with senior leaders online, in person and at events
Develop in-depth knowledge of smart office technology, data, IoT sensors and much more.
Organize events in London for prospective customers, with a keen eye for detail.
and last but not least; be part of an intercultural environment with inspiring and ambitious colleagues.
The commercial team has already built a strong foundation in the UK&I during the last few years. We are successful in organizing our exclusive Mapiq events, work close with our customers, setting up the workplace community and collaborate with partners in the UK&I. This role will build on that foundation and take it to the next level!




Who are we looking for?
We aim to stay realistic, but if we were to describe our ideal candidate, it would be someone with 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive, including at least 3 years of experience within the Workplace, Facility Management, or Corporate Real Estate industries
In addition, you will have:
An active network within the Workplace, Facility Management or Corporate Real Estate industries, along with knowledge of local players and partnerships.
Experience with selling to complex DMUs in your previous roles.
Affinity with SaaS or software solutions.
A proven track record of creating opportunities, networking and above all closing deals.
Experience using tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, and Salesforce/Hubspot and Slack.
A strong sense of ownership, a desire to make impact, and a passion for technology.
The ability to connect with new people and confidently introduce our product along the way.
We specifically looking for someone who already lives and works in London (greater London area) and is eager to start this adventure with us on a remote basis. Your colleagues from Sales and Customer Success will visit London on a regularly basis and join you at Mapiq events. You will travel to our Delft office, at least once per quarter for company wide meetings and connect with the wider Mapiq team.
