Your role at Mapiq

Our mission is to help organizations create great places to work by offering smart office tools that boost flexibility, efficiency and well-being. Our international growth and success will continue, so we need an ambitious Head of Marketing to help us scale.

As Head of Marketing, you will have the unique opportunity to further develop our marketing strategy and build a team of marketing experts. Our vibrant company culture, solid marketing foundation and recent investment will help you start your journey at Mapiq.

Are you ready to:

  • Shape and expand our international marketing strategy
  • Build a team of 10+ tech-savvy marketing specialists and creative content creators
  • Create a clear forecast and generate opportunities
  • Create and automate the buyer journey from head to tail
  • Help us enter and conquer new markets.     

You are the one that develops and maintains Mapiq's brand into its top market position. We need somebody who excels under pressure because you’ll be building a rocket while already flying. Besides a strategic, creative and analytical mind, you're a go-getter that's not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

With your hands-on experience, you'll directly start leading the following projects:

  • Monitoring our existing digital marketing efforts to define your strategy
  • Coordination of content creation with external professionals to feed our campaigns
  • Optimizing our website to increase conversion
  • Assist in executing onboarding and customer experience strategies
  • Lead product launches

Who are we looking for?

Ideally, we are looking for someone with 8+ years of online marketing experience in the B2B SaaS industry, who has successfully grown and managed a marketing team, understands how to expand our business and stands behind our mission to build great places to work.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • A proven track-record managing a growing marketing team of 10+ people
  • Experience in both developing and executing international marketing strategies
  • A deep understanding of SEO, marketing automation and advertising
  • A passion for lead generation and the psychology behind selling in a B2B environment
  • Experience in automating customer journeys for SaaS solutions
  • Experience working with tools like the Google Suite, HubSpot and/or Salesforce, Hotjar
  • Experience in improving and monitoring our online performance
  • Both passion for strategic and operational marketing activities
  • Authorization to work in The Netherlands.
