Sales Support Specialist

You will support our growing sales team by building a sales content library, help create winning offers for our customers and taking ownership of the tender / RFP process.

What are we looking for

We are looking for a great communicator with an eye for detail. Somebody who can deliver winning proposals on-time. Thanks to your support we will be able to sign more dream customers around the globe.
You will be part of our fast-growing international new business team based out of Delft. Since you will be the first with this role you will have the opportunity to bring in new idea’s to further shape our sales process. Your tasks and responsibilities include:
  • Providing support to the growing sales team and customers during the sales process
  • Create appealing offers and quotes for our customers
  • Increase the overall quality of our sales content, quotes and offers
  • Take ownership of the tenders and “Request for Proposal” process
  • Work together with the marketing team to create a content library that supports the sales team in every step of the sales process. Think: pitch decks, use cases and much more

Who are we looking for

  • At least a bachelor degree
  • approximately 2 years experience in a similar role
  • 32-40 hours available
  • Capable with: Word, Powerpoint, Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch
  • Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player, good time-management skills, great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Big plus if you have experience within sales, communication or project management.
