Your role at Mapiq

In the last couple of years, organizations worldwide started embracing new, flexible ways of working. This led to a high demand for our smart office platform. Our international growth and success will continue, so we need an ambitious Recruiter to help us scale.

As a TA Specialist, you will have the unique opportunity to further develop our recruitment strategy, together with our current Recruiter, Viktoria. Our vibrant company culture, solid recruitment procedures and support of the entire Mapiq team will help you start your journey.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • You enjoy meeting new people and since you are the first point of contact, you will turn them into ambassadors of Mapiq with your enthusiasm!
  • We will probably need to hire 30-40 new colleagues so your help is needed, also in search
  • You monitor the whole application process and continuously follow up. That means selecting candidates, planning interviews, doing intakes and setting up contracts
  • Build our Employer Brand, together with the Marketing team
  • Explore and participate in relevant recruitment events to expand your network
  • Continuously look for ways to improve and organize the recruitment process

In this role you will see a variety of vacancies: you will be on the lookout for potential new colleagues from software development to sales professionals. This will turn you into a versatile and solid Recruiter. You find your ways to get to the right ‘A-players’ in the field and like to actively work on your network. It will not be boring!

Who are we looking for?

We try to keep it realistic, but if we must describe our perfect candidate, it would be someone with at least 3 years of experience as a TA Specialist or Agency Recruiter, who knows how to build and maintain talent pools and stands behind our mission to build great places to work. Your English is fluent and Dutch is a big plus.


  • A bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience as a corporate recruiter/ TA Specialist, combined with sourcing skills
  • Lots or energy and enthusiasm!
  • A  network in IT tech professionals would be great
