As a TA Specialist, you will have the unique opportunity to further develop our recruitment strategy, together with our current Recruiter, Viktoria. Our vibrant company culture, solid recruitment procedures and support of the entire Mapiq team will help you start your journey.
Here’s what you’ll do:
In this role you will see a variety of vacancies: you will be on the lookout for potential new colleagues from software development to sales professionals. This will turn you into a versatile and solid Recruiter. You find your ways to get to the right ‘A-players’ in the field and like to actively work on your network. It will not be boring!

We try to keep it realistic, but if we must describe our perfect candidate, it would be someone with at least 3 years of experience as a TA Specialist or Agency Recruiter, who knows how to build and maintain talent pools and stands behind our mission to build great places to work. Your English is fluent and you speak a certain level of Dutch.
