Business Development Representative - Dutch market-
Mapiq offers a next-generation Workplace Management Platform that unifies all your workplace data in one place, leverages AI to generate actionable insights, and give you all the tools to continuously improve the employee experience based on data.
We don’t offer a typical Business (Sales) Developer or outbound role—you’ll be engaging potential customers with product vision pitches, product demonstrations, and influencing the DMU.
Besides building your own outbound channels, you have the opportunity to make an impact by increasing your outreach and reaching your targets and results.
You can definitely make an impact if you are data-minded; for example, inspire us by how you would successfully manage the outbound process from data management to campaign execution, using tools and AI to automate responses and refine personalized messages at scale.
Your most important responsibilities will be:
1. You will own your set of accounts from our targeted account list and create opportunities. Get in touch with our key stakeholders working with our potential customers, often global accounts with multiple offices and more than 1000 employees.
Create targeted accounts through outbound and inbound lead qualification, and drive targeted customer engagements.
Build and run your own cadences, daily outreach via e-mail/LinkedIn and cold-calling.
2. Build the foundation of sales operations with the latest, greatest tools. We like to do things smarter and therefore, you will be responsible for implementing the next-gen tools (Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, SmartLead etc. ) that we need to increase efficiency and scale the campaigns.
3. Collaborate with your colleagues. You will work closely with our Enterprise Account Executives, Marketing specialists, Sales Engineer, and partner manager to further develop the market and identify new opportunities.

You are a growth machine who spent at least two years crushing in outbound growth roles or sales development, B2B and SaaS experience focused on the Dutch market is a strong preference!
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who is motivated by a career in sales, has the ability to inspire, likes to connect with other people (internal and external), and actively seeks collaboration.
Besides this:
You know how to scale volume qualified email campaigns and can spin up hundreds of inboxes and domains configured for maximum deliverability.
You are tech-savvy enough to understand all the technical aspects of our next-generation workplace management platform. Proven ability to grasp complex technical subjects and make them easy to understand.
You are data-minded to make sure you get the most out of tools like Sales Navigator, Sales Loft, Sales Force, and AI in making your job easier and increasing your reach.
You are creative and constantly thinking of new ways to start conversations and find new companies in buying mode.
You are currently living and have work experience in the Netherlands
You are a native Dutch speaker.
